JOB PURPOSE

The Production Planner is in charge of order management and provides actions and information to support production set up, schedules and deliveries in a congruent manner with the critical path and goals of the division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and monitor start up critical path.
• Report supply data into the systems.
• Monitor on‑time deliveries, troubleshooting with team & business partners as necessary.
• Ensure that data accuracy is maintained.
• Manage information on the appropriate systems, looking for process improvements in data and information management.
• Stealth activities related to work orders creation and manufacturer management.
• SAP activities related to purchase orders creation and management.
• Liaise with Start UP Team for BOMs and technical informations.
• Liaise with PE and Purchasing team on raw material call‑offs & receipts, ensuring production needs are met in accordance with critical path and delivery schedule.
• Liaise with Order Management to ensure the timely receipt of sales orders and the proper coordination of production order creation.
• Prepare updates for weekly production meetings.
• RM allocation to work.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills are needed.
• Knowledge of SAP, Sedapta, Stealth 3K, SQL, Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to react to change.
