A leading railway technology company in Tuscany is seeking an assembling operator. The role involves production, assembly, and completion of railway signaling components, requiring prior experience in production environments. Attention to cleanliness, safety standards, and teamwork is critical. The ideal candidate should be adept at using basic measurement tools and traditional milling machines. Competenze

• Previous work experience in production sites as an assembling operator is preferable.
• Basic knowledge of machining with lathe and milling machines is a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle production, assembly, and completion of railway signaling components.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and efficiency.
• Perform ordinary maintenance activities when necessary.
• Adhere to EHS prescriptions and wear prescribed PPE.

The candidate will deal with production, assembling and completition of products/compents related to railway signallling ( electromechanical actuators, hydraulics actuators).

He will work in a production line or in work cell organized and designedwith lean principles.

The worker has the responsibility to mantain clean and efficent his work station, by removing production scraps and wastes; in some case he could do some activities of ordinary maintanenance

The candidate has to know and respect EHS prescription and rules; He has to wear all prescribed PPE, for related activiites and work station.

A preferential requisite is a previos work experience , even short, in production sites as assembling operator .

Basic Knowledge of machining with Lathe andMilling machineis a plus.

• Knowledge and ability to read a technical drawing ( assembly and component)
• Knowledge and capapility to useof basic measurement tools and torquening tools
• Knowledge and capapility to useof traditional milling and lathe machines for machining
• Capabilty to identify problems and misfuction
• Capability to stricly follow written instructions
• Good attitude for teamworking
• Professional Accuracy and seriousness
