The Product Sales Specialist Clinical IT for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, developing, implementing all the activities related to the Clinical IT solutions. This position is part of the Solution Design team located in Italy and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Clinical IT team and report to the Clinical IT Manager responsible for coordinating both upstream (the product) and downstream (the go to market) sales, marketing, project management areas and consulting post-sales activities for the Beckman Coulter Clinical IT portfolio. Responsibilities
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the healthcare IT landscape to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with healthcare professionals and IT departments. Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, customer support, and professional services, to ensure seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-implementation.
  • Manage any issues that may arise during the project\'s implementation and identify the corrective actions necessary to complete it in the required timeline.
  • Build and preserve relationships with customers through constant follow-up to understand their needs and meet them through the adoption of targeted solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted consultant for the customers for the Clinical IT solutions. Sharing new ideas on possible improvements and developments for Clinical-IT products.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of our clinical IT product portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Biomedical engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in IT solutions for IVD market (e.g. Lab. Middleware, LIS, etc.)
  • Customer’s communication and listening attitude
  • Fluency in Italian & English
  • Ability to work flexible hours as business needs, available to travel 50%-70% of the time.
