PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Within the Installation Business Unit in the product marketing team and reporting to the Global Solution Marketing Manager, we are searching for a candidate able to drive the innovation and guide the markets in achieving the ambitious GEWISS goals.

In this strategic role, you will own the full lifecycle of our products, from vision and development to launch and customer success. You'll collaborate globally to shape solutions that deliver real customer value, drive revenue and margin growth, and support GEWISS long‑term market vision.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management
  • Develop and maintain a strategic vision of the product portfolio, guiding the product roadmap and long‑term development.
  • Own and manage the product portfolio with a focus on sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Define product features and development priorities in collaboration with Markets.
  • Work closely with markets, operations, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product strategy and innovation.
  • Lead successful product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams across the organization.
Business Development
  • Identify and map the full growth potential; develop and execute strategies to unlock new market opportunities.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and offer positioning, proposing and executing the most appropriate actions to develop the relevant segment in line with market needs.
  • Analyze competitors' positioning and define the pricing structure.
  • Act as a key interface with the Markets and other global marketing teams to align commercial strategies.
  • Build and activate a strong global network of product promoters and champions to support portfolio expansion leveraging the BU Community.
Marketing Communication & Competences
  • Develop and execute global go-to-market plans, with a strong focus on digital campaigns, online presence, and content marketing.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, application references, and competitor analyses.
  • Conduct training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance internal and external competence in product positioning and usage.

This position involves local and international travel.

Experience and Education

Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business development.

A genuine interest in the electrotechnical sector is required to be able to deeper understand the product needs and properly execute the main responsibilities.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of customer business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutions.

Ability to work in a team and influence collaborators at all levels of the organization.

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
