Are you passionate about innovative products, customer experience, and the food service industry? We are looking for a Product Manager - Refrigeration to join our team, responsible for the full lifecycle of our global refrigeration product lines. This is a great opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and work cross-functionally in a dynamic, international environment. The role reports to the Director of Product Management & Marketing and is based in Belluno (Italy) or can be performed remotely with a mix of office and smart working.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze customer needs to identify product opportunities
• Develop and maintain a global product roadmap for refrigeration offerings
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and project management teams
• Define and prioritize features based on market trends, customer feedback, and compliance
• Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and communications
• Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements
• Monitor industry trends and maintain competitive awareness in the refrigeration sectors
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Develop business cases and high-level requirements for new product proposals
• Support the sales team with tactical execution plans
• Oversee the full food service product portfolio and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in product management, ideally within the refrigeration industry
• Strong knowledge of electronic controls
• Solid understanding of refrigeration components, systems, and applications
• Excellent interpersonal, customer-oriented, and execution skills
• Fluent in Italian and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in international teams or global organizations
• Knowledge of a third language is a plus (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
