Job Description

As a Product Designer at Sherpany, you will be part of the Product Design Chapter of 10 people. You will collaborate closely with Product Manager and Engineers in your squad to make Sherpany a delightful product for Board‑and C‑Level Meetings. In this role, you’ll solve challenging design problems and develop easy‑to‑use user interfaces. Your decisions are based on user research findings. You create concepts, workflows, design prototypes, and optimise the user experience journey. Together with the Product Manager, you help to define the strategy, objectives, and vision for the user experience, with a focus on your team’s area of the end‑to‑end product.

• Validates and tests solutions to solve user pains and drive expected business outcomes
• Ability to analyse both quantitative and qualitative data, set success metrics

• Fluency in English; German is a nice to have
