Overview

Process Group Leader - Anaerobic Digestion

We are seeking a Process Group Leader for Anaerobic Digestion (AD) to lead a multidisciplinary Process Engineering team, providing technical and disciplinary guidance to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Promotes effective communication and teamwork, leading by example.
• Ensures project execution meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while actively participating in project tasks.
• Reviews Process technical documentation (H&MB, PFD, PIDs, control logics) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation.
• Supports recruitment and onboarding of Process Engineers, in coordination with the local Process Engineering Manager.
• Develops employee growth plans and provides coaching and technical support.
• Contributes to the creation of guidelines, specifications, and internal directives, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in Anaerobic Digestion (AD) for biogas production, including 3+ years in the role of Process Engineering Group Leader.
• Proven ability to lead and execute projects successfully.
• Strong decision-making skills, capable of evaluating operational solutions independently and acting decisively within defined limits.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
