Overview of the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as a Manager starting from Q1 '26. In this role, you will work with clients to develop forecasts, business plans, and financial control models, supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to operate with a high degree of independence, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality financial insights that drive growth and performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with partners on business development initiatives and thought leadership projects.
  • Manage projects with a high degree of independence, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts to support clients in evaluating investments, financing, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage management control systems, including KPIs, variance analyses, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Build financial models to simulate scenarios and support strategic decisions.
  • Provide advisory support to entrepreneurs, CFOs, and management teams on financial planning and control.
  • Deliver clear and concise presentations and reports to clients.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 2–3 years of professional experience as chartered accountant.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proven ability to work with Excel and accounting softwares.
  • Solid understanding of accounting, business planning, budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with client-facing experience.
  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related discipline (a master’s degree or professional qualification is a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving attitude.
