Overview

Shiseido, a worldwide Beauty Company leader in the cosmetic industry with a great variety of prestigious brands in its portfolio, is happy to announce a new 6 months paid INTERNSHIP opportunity within the Italy Prestige division, located in Milan. We are currently looking for a PR & Communication profile, specifically a PR & COMMUNICATION TRAINEE PRESTIGE BRANDS (internship) who will be working for Shiseido, Clé de Peau Beauté, Gallinée and Ulé.

Mission

This internship will give the candidate the possibility to discover and make a deep dive in all aspects related to Communication & PR within the Marketing scope, in order to give the specific tools to become a young professional in this area.

Responsibilities
  • Press office activities (preparation and sending of releases, mailing lists and planning of information and products to be sent, contacts with on / off line publications, reports)
  • Implementation of special communication projects, animations and events dedicated to US brands aimed at promoting make up and skincare discovery and brand awareness.
  • Be active part in the definition of influence marketing and digital PR activities (scouting profiles, preparation of briefs and organization of mailings, follow up and related reports)
  • Support the implementation of the monthly editorial plan for social profiles (adaptation of HQ content, agency planning and management for local publication)
  • Support the analysis and media planning management, on and off line (asset preparation, material management for dealerships, follow up with media center for vouchers, analysis)
  • Collaborate and share information with HQ for the approval of plans related to Prestige division brands (sharing projects, updates and preparation of activity reports)
  • Regularly interact with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Commercial teams as a relay for all synergic and cross departments communication activities (constant exchange and organization of materials and information, preparation of meetings and follow up)
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills (Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Power Point)
  • Entrepreneurship and digital mindset with desire to learn and to carry out projects with challenging goals and agility
  • Proactivity, problem solving, precision, attention to detail
  • Dynamic and flexible person, with good time management and stress management skills
  • Positive attitude and teamworking
  • Interest in the beauty and luxury world, specifically skincare
  • High command of Business English
  • At least another trainee experience in a FMCG company and / or in the Beauty & Luxury industry would be a plus

  • Full time with 2 days / week of smartworking availability
