Main Purpose of the role The Plant Maintenance Engineer will have to collaborate in the management of corrective and preventive maintenance (scheduled and conditional) of the plant's process plants and packaging lines, based on technical skills relating to mechanical, electrical and service industrial systems.

What you will do Direct supervision of the works planned and agreed with the Plant Maintenance Manager, carried out by internal maintenance technicians or by external companies with particular attention to mandatory and company safety rules and to the achievement of the desired result in terms of time, quality of the work carried out and maintenance under cost control; Direct management of maintenance resources, effectively managing workloads and priorities; Identification and definition of maintenance plans and application of problem-solving techniques to identify areas of improvement in the management of the technical activities of the plant's process and packaging systems; Active participation in the PPE (Performance Excellence) continuous improvement program; Identification of technological solutions that optimize the production process or further improve safety and operational levels; Collaborate with the Plant Maintenance Manager in the project management of maintenance works extraordinary or for new installations and/or revamping; Collaborate actively in the management of the Spare Parts warehouse and in the management of maintenance costs; Support the Plant Maintenance Manager in implementing the maintenance management system and CMMS system on the site.

Our Perfect Candidate

At least 1 - 3 years of experience in the role of Maintenance Engineer in companies in the food & beverage, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical and metalworking sectors; Degree in Industrial Engineering; Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Chemistry; Maintenance management specialization course; Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple internal and external customers; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization; Strong orientation towards results and proactivity in identifying and reporting, with attention to detail and with an analytical approach, any critical issues in achieving the set objectives.
