Overview

For a client company operating in the automotive sector, headquartered in Frosinone, we are currently looking for a Plant HR Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Steer, guide and manage the overall Human Resources services, policies and pr programs for Roccasecca Plant; act as a key interface for the management
Requirements

Within the area of responsability in order to ensure HR services that optimally support management in their decision making process and dispose of a workforce in line with actual and future requirements. Reporting hierarchically to the Plant Director, the Plant HR Manager is leading a team of 2 people. He/She steers and monitors within the area of responsability the following processes:

  • Recruiting and staffing : evaluate staffing needs, elabarate recruitment strategy, lead the recruitments of Blue and White Collars
  • Organizational and workforce planning : advise Plant Director in terms of organization for White Collars and Blue Collars (including shift regimes); collaborate with Production Manager to analyse the needs (quantity and quality) in terms of workforce
  • Performance management and improvement systems : implement Europe C&B and performance management systems tools for white collars; involved in the implementation of Excellence Systems in the domain of production; support organization in terms of improvement activities, innovation activities, etc…
  • Organizational development : implent Europe Training in the plant; develop additional local trainings
  • Labor Relations : in charge of the social relations in the plant (Union Relation, Work Council)
  • Welfare program management: management of welfare policies, benefits and plans offered by companies to improve the quality of life and work of their employees
  • Compensation and benefits administration : payroll administration and related policies; follow up positioning Vs market in terms of C&B. Make proposalto Plant Director in this domain.
