A global company in Cordenons is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee HR operations in Production Sites. The role involves managing employee relations, supporting key HR initiatives, and negotiating with Trade Unions. Candidates should have 2+ years of HRBP experience in a production environment, strong organizational and relational skills, and be fluent in English. This position offers an opportunity to facilitate transformational journeys and improve employee experiences.

The role designed for you

Responsibilities
  • You will oversee day-to-day human resources related topics for our colleagues in the Production Sites and support the deployment of key HR processes and initiatives collaborating with relevant CoEs (i.e., Talent Development and Reward).
  • You will act as a genuine employee champion, an effective change agent and a sparring partner for our local managers, driven by the purpose of facilitating our transformational journey.
  • You will manage the relationship and negotiations with the local Trade Union and Territorial representatives.
  • You will advise management and employees in Employee Relations and Human Resources matters to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local laws and regulations.
  • You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, employee experience during all life cycles and engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
  • You will oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with business goals.
  • You will manage selection processes from end to end.
  • You will support rewards process implementation – i.e., Salary review, MBO, budget - in partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team.
  • You will ensure Talent Development activities, training and projects implementation.
  • You will cooperate with HR generalists for payroll and admin topics.
The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For
  • You have 2+ years of experience in HR functions within global Companies as HRBP based in a production site.
  • You have Employee and Labor relations competencies and experience.
  • Trade Union relationship management is required.
  • You are a Human Resources enthusiast.
  • You are a dynamic and flexible person looking for a fast-paced environment.
  • You have good organizational skills, and you can manage and coordinate priorities in a complex environment with different ongoing transformation streams.
  • You have excellent relational skills and can work in cross-functional teams.
  • You are available to travel.
  • Your English is fluent.
