Assist ASR in reviewing of PV SOPs and other department’s SOPs for alignment.
Directly involved in the continuous improvement work with regards to local PV procedures and tools; including writing local SOPs, work instructions, job aids and perform related trainings of other departments.
Train and support the PV team and other departments in various PV procedures.
Perform local quality and compliance (QC) and reconciliation work. Take corrective and preventive actions as needed including completion of deviation forms (PIFs), tracking and documentation. Support Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans and continuous improvement work within the PV area.
Collect, assess, process and follow‑up of incoming ions for all product types (medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, food and food supplements).
Responsible for being up to date with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards within the PV area of the products in scope.
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific Disciplines (MD, biology, pharmacy or similar) and 3+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance activities. However, a combination of experience and / or education will be taken into consideration
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, writing English and Italian is required.
Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.
Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts.
Must possess analytics and decision‑making ability, speed and autonomy in working. Teamwork and cooperation. Good relationship and networking; ability to solve problems with complex variables through non‑standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis.
