Overview

Strategic Account Manager - ERT/GDS Channel

You will be the orchestrator of the relationship with key customers, developing and driving credible and productive long‑term relations by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions. You will have the unique opportunity to work across different categories (Male Grooming, Beauty, Oral Healthcare, Mother & Child Care) in the GDS/ERT channel.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans for the Accounts based on the Central Sales leadership defined BMC SPOR objectives, segmentation and commercial policies
  • Participating regularly in commercial visits to keep up with the reality of the market. If the case, develops corrective action with the customer partner with all the internal stakeholders and interested departments.
  • Gaining and maintaining market information and knowledge in order to obtain and keep the targeted market shares across assigned product portfolio and offering insights to trade marketing team.
  • Responsible for creating Account plans and budget proposals to obtain the best ROI within Accounts assigned.
  • Negotiating national contracts with tailor-made actions and conditions within defined account budget.
You are the right fit if
  • You have a University degree, preferably in Economics/Business field.
  • You have at least 5 years of related experience in Account Management on a national level.
  • You have a strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills and you are eager to collaborate with different stakeholders at a strategic level, identifying opportunities and solutions.
  • You are flexible to travel.
  • You speak fluent Italian and English.
