Within the E-Commerce & CRM Team reporting to the person in charge of the Data Media & Analytics area, the Performance Media and Analytics Specialist will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing return on ad spend through expert analysis, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across key performance channels, with a focus on Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Retargeting. This hands‑on role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in performance media platforms, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. The Specialist will also lead, coordinate, and challenge external agencies, collaborating closely with the broader marketing team to ensure full‑funnel alignment.
