You'll assist customers with device issues, subscriptions, and billing, while identifying upsell opportunities through a consultative approach. Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)

• With Accommodation: 1050
• Without Accommodation: 1251

What You Will Do

Requirements

• Fluent Italian (written & spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer‑facing sales, telesales, etc.).
• Strong communication & problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lisbon.
• EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa.

Location & Schedule

• On‑site position in Lisbon.
• Rotative shifts between 06:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday.
• 40 h/week (8 h/day + 1 h break).
