Descrizione del lavoro

Overview

Evaluation of customer requests; coordination of capacity and ground time of all required actions and related costs with production units and customers.

Handling and control of supplier invoices and customer events.

Technical and / or process information necessary for production planning and control.

Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of customer maintenance events.

Assurance of Part-145 relevant archiving processes for work documents after performing maintenance.

Collecting data on man-hours, materials and tooling to support the invoicing process.

Recording maintenance-related expenditures and supporting financial reconciliation.

Ensuring accurate task handovers between shifts and cooperation with the Maintenance Shift Leader.

Qualifications

• Finalized University or College degree in Engineering or Economics is an advantage.
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Good communication skills
