This role involves developing innovative pricing strategies focused on non-life insurance, especially in the Motor sector. Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field and have 3–5 years of actuarial pricing experience in non-life insurance. Programming skills in SAS, Python, or R along with strong analytical capabilities are essential.

About the Role: Join our dynamic Retail Pricing team, where you’ll play a key part in shaping non-life insurance pricing strategies, with a strong focus on Motor products. You’ll apply your analytical expertise throughout the entire pricing cycle, from data preparation to price optimization.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and transform data (ETL) for analysis
• Build predictive models to support pricing decisions
• Perform in-depth statistical analysis
• Support the development of our Technical Model Price
• Contribute to rates, rating plans, and portfolio pricing strategies
• Develop insightful reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Optimize pricing to deliver the best value for our customers and the business

What You’ll Bring:

• Good written and spoken English
• 3–5 years of actuarial pricing experience in non-life insurance
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, supported by your degree
• Programming experience in SAS, Python, or R
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus)
