The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in animation and video editing, particularly in marketing or advertising. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills. A creative portfolio is required to apply. This position is based in Milan with a competitive salary of €32K.

What You’ll Do

• Create motion graphics, animations, and videos for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Edit videos by integrating brand elements, typography, and transitions.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers on multi-channel campaigns.
• Develop templates and scalable solutions to automate creative production.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in motion design, animation, or video editing (preferably in marketing / advertising).
• Technical Skills:
• Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (must-have)
• Cinema 4D or Blender (plus)
• Figma (plus)
• Strong knowledge of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with social content (Meta, TikTok).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• English: C1
• 📂 Creative portfolio required (motion design, animation, video).

Salary : €32K
