A leading global construction firm is seeking an experienced MEP Design Manager for international projects in Milan, Italy. The role involves managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, have 10-15 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in advanced English. Competenze

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in plant engineering.
• Advanced English (minimum B2) for oral and written communication.
• Certifications in safety and project management are a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage and coordinate MEP systems in construction projects.
• Supervise and control time, cost, and quality compliance.
• Ensure MEP disciplines integrate with civil works.
• Prepare documentation for subcontractor requests.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and start-up phases.
