The successful candidate will lead the development and industrialization of new products, coordinating activities across multiple teams. YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Program Manager inside the MEMS organization, with the following responsibilities:

• To lead the development and industrialization of new sequel products, respecting time-to leaving-market and customer requirements
• To coordinate the activities from feasibility phase to launch of the mass production, working in strict collaboration with Design, Operation and Engineering, Application, Validation, Marketing & Business Development, Software Development, Planning, Quality, Manufacturing and other Central functions
To guarantee project execution within schedule, cost and qualityOx criteria
• Be the reference versus customers for the project state

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Master degree in initiatives Engineering / science
• Previous experience in Project / Program Management and Product development process
• Knowledge of Semiconductors technology and manufacturing flow. MEMS knowledge is a plus.
• Team spirit, leadership, negotiation, communication, milestones oriented mindset, autonomy
• Fluent English
