The candidate will handle regional communication strategies aligned with global plans, establish relationships with local media, and manage press events. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication or Languages and have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles. Fluency in both Italian and English is required, and German is a plus. This position offers a fixed-term contract as maternity cover.

To strengthen the Marketing team within a prestigious Automotive context, we are looking for a Media relations and press office Specialist.

The person will be responsible for developing and implementing regional communication strategies aligned with global plans and headquarters guidelines. This role manages media relations, content creation, and press events to strengthen brand and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement sub-regional communication plans in line with the global strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with local media for product, corporate, lifestyle, brand extension, and motorsport communication.
Create and oversee press materials (press kits, photography, localized content).
Organize and coordinate media and press events, ensuring consistency with brand positioning.
Act as local spokesperson for corporate, lifestyle, brand extension, motorsport, and product communications.
Monitor and analyze media performance and KPIs.
Manage press car requests and logistics in collaboration with HQ.
Provide communication guidelines for dealers and ensure PR training for teams and market representatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Languages.
Minimum 2 years in similar roles (PR Manager, Product or Corporate Communication Manager).
Fluent Italian and English; German is a plus.
