A leading international project management firm is seeking a Quality Manager based in Italy, Emilia-Romaña. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of quality policies and ensure all project activities meet necessary standards. With at least 5 years' experience post-degree and a minimum of 3 years in offshore projects, excellent written and spoken English skills are essential. The role is full-time and includes responsibilities such as conducting audits and developing quality systems.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities :

• Ensure quality in all project activities verifying that they meet all the necessary quality standards.
• Coordinate all the quality related project activities.

• Perform internal and external audits.
• Implement a document control system.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skill s :

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
• Work experience of 5 years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience in offshore projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
