A leading engineering services firm is seeking a Materials Application Engineer - Additive Manufacturing Specialist to join their team in the Brindisi area. This role involves managing R&D activities, conducting tests and analyses of materials, and collaborating across departments to verify and validate processes. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Materials or Engineering and has expertise in additive manufacturing as well as a strong background in analytical skills. The position requires EU citizenship and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to engineering innovation.

Job location : Brindisi area
The selected resource, assigned to a well-structured Engineering Support office dealing with Aero Engines / Gearboxes domain, will be in charge for the activities related to R&D, test, analysis and characterization of materials, Verify & Validation development processes of new materials, definition of technical specifications of special treatments, failure analysis / investigation on damaged and / or NC components, partnering with other Departments (i. e. Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Suppply Chain etc) and directly interfacing with suppliers.
