That started 75 years ago with a dream of two brothers in Maassluis (The Netherlands). Since then, we have been an innovative leader in automated systems for dairy farmers around the world. With 2.300 specialized professionals, we are constantly working on new agricultural revolutions. We do this from our Campus in Maassluis, but also from other international offices. Together we have the goal: to make dairy farming interesting for the next generation.

Our cluster is in Colturano (MI) and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiastic team, consisting of 40 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.

Your role

Responsibilities

• Execution of the Cluster marketing plan for South East Europe, through online and offline activities
• Support the distribution channel in the implementation of their marketing plans.
• Give marketing/branding trainings and guidance to the distribution channel to support their growth
• Implementation of global corporate campaigns and initiatives, adapting them to local market needs, to increase brand awareness and develop the business
• Support the organization of internal and external online/offline events, seminars, trade fairs…
• High-quality content production, such as blog posts, videos, to attract site traffic and create new leads, working in cooperation with the local Sales team and the other Marketing Specialists.
• CRM data analysis to support Sales and marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing and/or Communication
• At least 1 year experience in a marketing role, with online and offline marketing expertise
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Attentive to details, creative, well organized in planning and focused on execution
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads
• Experience with TikTok and YouTube
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is preferred
• Availability to participate in company events
• Availability to travel in South East Europe or abroad (The Netherlands) when necessary
• Driving license and personal car – the office is not reachable by public transport
