A prestigious hospitality club in Milano is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator. This role involves overseeing omni-channel campaigns, managing digital platforms, and producing engaging content in both Italian and English. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of marketing experience and a strong command of digital tools. This position offers the chance to leverage creativity and data to drive brand visibility and member engagement.

What you’ll do :
  • Coordinate and implement omni‑channel campaigns across digital, print, and in‑Club touchpoints.
  • Lead the monthly newsletter process from planning to publishing—ensuring it informs, inspires, and performs.
  • Manage digital platforms: Wagtail (CMS), Salesforce (CRM), Marketing Cloud, Playable, Codebase, Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Write and edit content in flawless Italian and English, from posts to email to print collateral.
  • Collaborate with Membership, F&B, and Event teams to support key campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure the website, app, and digital asset library are always accurate, aligned, and up‑to‑date.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots, and support live event coverage to ensure quality brand storytelling.
  • Track campaign metrics and member engagement, producing actionable reports and insights.
  • liaise with agencies and creatives to deliver compelling, brand‑aligned content.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in digital marketing, lifestyle, hospitality, and culture.
Who you are :
  • You have 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or cultural sectors.
  • You’re fluent in both English and Italian—writing, proofreading, and storytelling in both with ease.
  • You’re comfortable across platforms: Salesforce (mandatory), Marketing Cloud, Wagtail CMS, Meta, LinkedIn, Playable.
  • You understand how to turn data into insight, and insight into action.
  • You have a sharp editorial eye and a strong sense of brand voice.
  • You’re collaborative, organised, and always looking for a smarter way to work.
  • You move fast, but with care. You deliver, without compromising on detail.
