Base pay range

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Start Date: 29 January 2026

Department: Marketing CS

Shift Model:

  • Initial schedule: 12-hour hoop (Monday–Sunday)
  • Shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00
  • Future schedule (date TBC): 24/7 operation with rotating shifts
  • Two rotating days off

Role Summary: We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist fluent in Italian and English to manage paid campaigns, support digital marketing operations, and collaborate closely with clients in a fast‑paced environment. This is an on‑site role based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide customer service support related to advertising technology products.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality campaign performance.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign metrics.
  • Support clients through a contact centre environment.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet performance objectives.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Experience in paid campaign management.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Previous experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company.
  • Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
  • Excellent customer service–oriented skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in Italian + English.
