Il candidato sarà responsabile della crescita e redditività di due brand nel mercato locale italiano, analizzando il mercato e gestendo il P&L. È richiesta un'esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli simili, ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, e si offre un contratto a tempo determinato con tinte aziendali e accesso ad accordi. A historic textile company in Bergamo is seeking, to replace an absent employee, a :

BRAND MARKETING SPECIALIST

Main purpose of the role :

you will focus on driving the growth and profitability of 2 brands in the Italian Local market. Your role will involve analyzing the local market, deploying the International brands strategy at local level and identify brand activities that increase both market share and consumer engagement. You will also be responsible for managing the brand's P&L to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. You will work closely with merchandising, trade marketing, communication, and the Go-to-Market team to ensure brand consistency, optimal market positioning, and impactful consumer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Competition & Local Market Analysis : Conduct detailed local competition analysis, focusing on market trends and promotional activities.
  • Leverage Sita Data and other tools to perform comprehensive local market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • International Brand Strategy execution at local level
  • Define and implement initiative for Dim and Playtex at local level along with Go to Market team
  • Oversee the development and management of the Brand Profit & Loss (P&L), with a specific focus on Gross Profit Margin (GPM) optimization.
  • Define and manage End-of-Life (EOL) strategies for products.
  • Pricing & Packaging :
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for Dim and Playtex within the portfolio.
  • Lead packaging initiatives, including hard packaging and artwork development for Dim and Playtex
  • Brand Calendar & Key BTL Initiatives :
  • Develop and manage the annual brand calendar, identifying key below-the-line (BTL) initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
  • Drive the implementation of ad-hoc initiatives for each brand, ensuring successful execution in the market.
  • Collaboration with Communication Team :
  • Provide briefs and guidelines to the communication team based on the brand calendar.
  • Define key messaging and impact measurement for all brand activation campaigns
Our Perfect Candidate :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or similar fields
  • At least 3 / 5 years of experience in similar roles in multinational companies
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of French will be considered a plus
  • Excellent use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Flexibility and a team-oriented attitude
