An international non-profit organization is seeking a Marketing & Fundraising Associate. This role involves supporting fundraising efforts through creative marketing strategies and compelling design. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of experience in marketing or communications, strong design skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This is a part-time remote position with competitive compensation based on experience.

The Marketing & Fundraising Associate plays a key role in supporting the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts through creative marketing strategies and compelling design. This position combines traditional fundraising communication with graphic and digital design to tell the organization’s story, inspire giving, and enhance donor experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with both marketing and design skills who can develop materials that drive engagement and align with the organization’s brand.

Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Open to candidates in Mexico, Ecuador, USA, or UK. Direct supervisor is located in Chicago time zone (Central Day Time - US), working hours should be the same as the direct supervisor.
