As a Manufacturing Specialist you will be responsible for Material Planning and Execution you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules. You will also plan and schedule material and production needs. You will also discuss the consequences of changes in products and processes with your own team within the manufacturing organisation.

As a Manufacturing Specialist your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing master planning material processes and systems; preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs. You will also ensure operational alignment with the production plan and KPIs. Optimising inventory and improving processes.
  • You will also be responsible for exchanging data and information with supporting functions such as sales engineering and maintenance.
  • Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and / or simple human interfaces that require little technical knowledge.
