Un'azienda italiana nel settore alimentare cerca un Manufacturing Engineer Manager. Sarai responsabile dello sviluppo e modifica di impianti alimentari, garantendo la gestione dei progetti e la conformità agli standard di sicurezza. Richiesta laurea in ingegneria, esperienza in impianti elettromeccanici e buona conoscenza dell'inglese. Offriamo contratto a tempo indeterminato con stipendio da definire in base all'esperienza.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Elettrica o nel settore Energetico.
• Esperienza in impianti elettromeccanici.
• Conoscenza delle dinamiche di Project Management.
• Conoscenza della direttiva macchine.

Mansioni

• Gestire progetti dalla fase di avvio fino alla realizzazione.
• Preparare specifiche di progetto e requisiti tecnici.
• Gestire relazioni con i fornitori e supervisionare l'installazione.
• Definire miglioramenti alle prestazioni degli impianti esistenti.

IL RUOLO

Key responsibilities relate to the development and modification of food processing plants that manage preparation, filling and packaging processes with a focus on Energy Management.

• Manage projects from initiation to realization, ensuring respect for time and cost requirements.
• Draft project specifications and technical specs, ensuring plants meet regulatory safety requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers on offers, select and supervise installation, commissioning and testing activities.
• Plan and implement improvements to existing plant performance, collaborating with other functions to integrate market needs into the development process.

COSA TI OCCUPERAI / QUALIFICHE

What you will be doing

• Oversee projects from kickoff to completion, guaranteeing on-time delivery and cost control.
• Prepare project specifications and technical requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Manage supplier relations, including evaluation of offers and supervision of supply, installation, commissioning and testing of plants.
• Define improvements to existing plant performance with cross-functional collaboration.

• Qualifications
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or in the Energy sector.
• Experience in electromechanical plant facilities and technological plants.
• Knowledge of Project Management dynamics.
• Knowledge of machinery directive and of 2D/3D modeling programs.
• Good English language skills.
• Natural ability to work in a team with a problem-solving attitude.
