The Manager, Product Performance – Gold Harvesting is responsible for driving end-to-end strategies that enhance product performance and operational efficiency across global Gold Harvesting sites. This role ensures alignment of performance standards, leverages data-driven insights, and fosters collaboration with multifunctional teams to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and consistency. The position requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to transition operations toward proactive, analytics-based methodologies.

Your Impact:
Performance Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize product performance and increase Gold Harvesting yields globally. Transition operations from reactive to proactive, analytics-driven approaches to reduce downtime and improve decision-making accuracy.

Global Standardization:

Establish and maintain standardized methods and performance targets across North America, South America, and Europe to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.

Data Analysis & Insights:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse performance data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence. Ensure timely completion of projects and alignment with organizational goals.

Operational Excellence:

Implement best practices and performance benchmarks across global sites to enhance productivity and technical support capabilities.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agronomy, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. (Nice to have)

5+ years of experience in product performance, operations, or related roles within agricultural or industrial sectors.

Proven track record in leading global teams and implementing standardized processes.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to travel internationally as required.

Your Workplace:

After completing the initial onboarding period, you will become eligible for a hybrid working model consisting of 3 days onsite at our Breganze location and 2 days of remote work per week.
