The role requires 1–2 years of management experience in guest services, fluent Italian and English, and knowledge of luxury hospitality standards. Competenze

• 1–2 years experience in a management position in guest services, front desk or related professional area.
• Knowledge of luxury and lifestyle hospitality standards and operating procedures.
• Knowledge of Opera (POS).
• Fluent Italian and English; any additional language is a plus.
• Regular availability to work the night shift.

Mansioni

• Represent property management during the night shift.
• Manage the flow of questions and direct guests accordingly.
• Serve as Guest Relations Manager and handle service issues.
• Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges.
• Oversee property operations and act as point of reference for emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspection tours of the facility.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all departments.
• Ensure employees are in proper uniform and work safely.
• Send daily MOD night reports to all departments.
• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs and walk-in reservations.
• Engage in continuous improvement by responding to guest complaints.
