A global luxury hotel chain is seeking a Cluster Account Director for the Middle East & CIS, based in Milan. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing key relationships, and ensuring revenue maximization across the hotels. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in hospitality sales, a proven track record in leadership roles, and a strong understanding of the Middle Eastern and CIS markets. Excellent communication skills and a valid work permit are required.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in hospitality or hotels sales.
• 7+ years of success in sales leadership roles focused on Middle East/CIS.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
