We are looking for a Temporary Logistics Specialist to take part in Şişecam Flat Glass Italy, located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD).

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • University degree in Logistics, Engineering or Economics
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, preferably able to use SAP/ S4hana
  • Possess problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills
  • Residence in Udine Province
JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will:

  • Support shipment schedule monitoring and controlling the transportation and distribution of the products necessary to meet business needs whilst maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs;
  • Manage the administration and day-to-day logistics, evaluating different transport options, analyzing the optimal solutions;
  • Manage import/export customs operations;
  • Issue invoices and credit notes.
