A leading agricultural company in Forlì is seeking a Logistic & Processing Coordinator to enhance seed processing and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics and be proactive with excellent organizational skills. Competenze

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with planning tools (Excel, WMS; SAP is a plus).

• Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain it).

Overview

Are you passionate about logistics and agricultural innovation? KWS ITALIA S.p.A. is looking for a Logistic & Processing Coordinator to join our team in Forlì. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our seed processing and logistics operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Receiving and handling seeds throughout various production cycles
• Preparing orders and managing shipments, returns, and repackaging
• Coordinating permanent and seasonal warehouse staff
• Supporting internal processing planning
• Organizing and monitoring processing activities (machine setup, technical troubleshooting, etc.)
• Managing sales order preparation and ensuring timely shipping and repackaging
• Organizing transportation to customers
• Ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of ordered materials
• Basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities
• Supporting the implementation of new warehouse IT tools
• Providing input for continuous improvement in logistics and processing

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
• Familiarity with planning tools (Excel, WMS; SAP is a plus)
• Flexibility in working hours and availability for shift coverage and logistics emergencies
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected situations
• Initiative in proposing process improvements
• Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain it)
