    About Us

At AirAdvisor, we are dedicated to ensuring air travelers receive the compensation they are entitled to for flight disruptions. We handle claims related to delays, cancellations, missed connections, and airline issues like overbooking. Since June 2025, we have launched a baggage claims service for lost, delayed, or destroyed luggage. Operating across the EU, UK, and international markets, we focus on protecting air passenger rights globally. We have processed over 480,000 claims from 221 countries, earning a 4.7-star rating from 25,000+ reviews. Currently, we operate in 21 languages with plans to expand to 30. As a fast-growing startup, our goal is to reach 1 million claims by the end of 2026.

We seek a highly skilled Litigation Lawyer specializing in consumer flight claims, particularly in small claims procedures, to lead in-court collections and possibly open their own boutique legal firm in Italy. Pre-court collections are managed by paralegals. Your responsibilities include filing batches of court cases to recover compensation, reimbursements, and refunds for passengers. We handle claims under EU261, Montreal Convention, and other relevant regulations.

If legal decisions seem unfair, we may escalate to change the law and pursue PR opportunities for court victories and legal issues to raise public awareness. This role suits high performers with strong litigation experience and a passion for consumer rights advocacy in the airline industry.

The candidate must be free from conflicts of interest, able to litigate against airlines.
