Agents must also conduct marketing to generate leads, manage client and property data, and maintain strong relationships with other professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and help sellers determine an appropriate listing price.
• Research local property markets, identify trends, and compare properties to establish accurate valuations and selling prices.
• List properties for sale or rent, create marketing materials like photos and brochures, and generate leads for potential buyers and sellers.
• Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses for prospective clients.
• Laise with buyers and sellers to negotiate sale terms and purchase agreements to achieve the best outcome for clients.
• Prepare, review, and deliver contracts, agreements, and other necessary real estate documents.
• Manage databases, answer communications, and schedule appointments.
