A global technology company based in Florence is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager with at least 5 years of experience in managing integrated Transportation projects. The role requires proficiency in System Engineering disciplines, fluency in both Italian and English, and the ability to coordinate resources in an international context. This position involves oversight of all technical activities and strong customer-supplier relationship management. Travel is required.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in designing complex integrated Transportation Projects.
• Availability to travel.
• Experience in integration and validation of communication, video, and security systems.

Mansioni

• Is responsible for all technical activities related to the engineering package.
• Coordinates with technical Customer Counterpart.
• Drafts official correspondence to be sent to the Customer.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of System Engineering discipline

Fluency in Italian and English

Professional experience in managing Customer and Suppliers relationships

Capability of coordinating resources

Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information security
