Main requirements

For this position, the ideal Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5+ years of professional solid experience using TypeScript, Nest.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL;
• Previous experience leading teams or acting as a technical mentor;
• Proactive, organized, and able to communicate clearly across tech and non-tech stakeholders;
• Experience building systems that support and accelerate teams;
• Problem-solving mindset with a drive to automate and simplify processes;
• Take ownership and enjoy helping teams deliver high-quality solutions;
• Desire to work on a product that impacts healthcare;
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation is a plus;
• Familiarity with role-based access control, logging/monitoring, and process automation frameworks (nice to have);
• Previous experience working on internal developer platforms, admin tools, or workflow automation systems (nice to have);
• Fluency in English (B2 level) - German or French is a plus;
• Availability to work remotely from Portugal.
