A leading audio and tech firm is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive revenue and margin growth in Italy. This role involves managing relationships with key retailers, pursuing new business opportunities, and executing customer plans aligned with EMEA strategy. Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in Consumer Electronics or Telecom, a strong network in Italian retail, and excellent communication skills in Italian and English. This position allows for independent work from a home office, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

This position will be placed in Italy.

What you’ll do:

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to own and accelerate our Retail and Online business in Italy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth, strengthening relationships with key retailers and our distributor partner, and unlocking new commercial opportunities across the region. As a core member of the EMEA sales team, you will shape customer plans, negotiate high-impact deals, and bring our strategy to life. You’ll work independently from your home office while staying closely connected to the wider commercial organization.
You will report directly to the Director, Central & Eastern Europe.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow the Retail and Online channels in Italy, focusing on revenue, margin, and long-term sustainable growth
  • Manage, strengthen, and expand relationships with key retailers and our distributor partner
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Italian market
  • Create and execute customer plans covering product portfolios, marketing, and promotions in alignment with EMEA strategy
  • Support forecasting and demand planning, ensuring alignment between market needs and operational delivery
  • Negotiate, pitch, and close deals while maintaining a deep understanding of regional market conditions and competitive dynamics
Who we’re looking for:

  • Comfortable working independently from a home office, with strong prioritization skills
  • Experienced in international sales environments, capable of executing region-wide strategies
  • Commercially sharp with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Electronics and/or Telecom
  • A strong, proven network within Italian retail and distribution (CE & Telecom preferred)
  • Solid experience in account planning, forecasting, and promotional planning
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (German is a plus)
  • A passion for tech, commercial growth, and building strong customer relationships
