As part of our expansion into Italy, we are seeking an experienced and driven individual to lead our sales and service efforts in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing Italian customers while also driving further sales growth. We currently have a strong presence in the Italian market, working with some of the country’s leading valve and actuator manufacturers. To build on this foundation, we are now seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager for the Italian market.

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual to take ownership, drive growth, and shape the future of our operations in Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing Italian customers and expand sales through regular in-person visits, primarily within Lombardy.

• Handle RFQs, prepare technical quotations, and adress technical queries.

• Drive growth by building strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and smooth processes.

• Manage budgets and forecasts.

• Provide regular updates and strategic insights to the Danish HQ.

• Plan and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Italian market in cooperation with HQ.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.

• Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, customer events, and promotional campaigns.

• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings and service quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development within the oil and gas sector, with strong knowledge of the Italian valve and actuation market.

• Educational background in mechanical or electromechanical engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• Fluent in both Italian and English.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Experience in managing budgets and reporting and comfortable working with ERP systems.
