PVHardware is looking in Italy for a Key Account Manager to manage key accounts in a country or region and ensure that long-term relationships between the client and the organization are maintained effectively.

Requirements
  • Engineering/Business Management or similar
  • 3/5 years of experience performing the functions described
  • Specific training in commercial management
  • Skills in customer management.
Responsibilities
  • Information management. It is responsible for carrying out an evaluation and prior analysis of all the information it obtains from both the competition and the customer it wants to capture.
  • Relationship management. It develops direct contact with national accounts (small and/or medium-sized companies) and international accounts (large companies), and ensures that relations are positive and effective.
  • Business management. Prepare offers and develop prices in collaboration with business departments.
  • Project and team management. It is in charge of resolving customer incidents, and taking care of the relationship with the customer.
  • Maintenance of business relationships and optimization of customer processes
