The team:

You’ll join our Sales team , working closely with Customer Account, Marketing and Product.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial engine of FBK, helping structure processes, improve data quality, and enable the Sales team to perform at their best, while growing your skills through a structured learning path.

The work you’ll do:
  • Support the Sales team in managing and optimizing processes and workflows
  • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Help prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support data-driven decision making
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead management, pipeline tracking, and handover processes
  • Assist in monitoring key sales KPIs and performance metrics
  • Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, templates, and operational processes
The qualifications you need:
  • Degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong interest in sales operations, business processes, and data analysis
  • Good analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
  • Ability to work in a structured way and quickly understand processes and interdependencies
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills #differentisbetter
  • Ability to work as a team to drive additional value and expertise #dreamteam
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • (Nice to have) Basic knowledge of sales funnels, pipeline management, or revenue operations
  • (Bonus) Interest in automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency
