From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are looking for a new Recruiter to join our Dach team. We are seeking a professional with 1 year of experience in recruitment consultancy or a similar role.

At our recruitment and training consultancy, we collaborate with various brands in the Retail, FMCG, Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich.

Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Screen and evaluate CVs for both junior and senior positions in the Dach Area and international markets.
  • Manage applications and conduct interviews proactively to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring continuous coordination with our sales team.
  • Participate in additional projects to improve internal processes at Luxe Talent.
  • Provide valuable feedback and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment and headhunting
  • Knowledge and passion for the fashion and luxury sector
  • Bilingual German
  • Fluent English
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Autonomy, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset
