Job Purpose

The Junior Product Operations Coordinator plays a key role in keeping the jewellery production chain running smoothly, ensuring a seamless flow of product from suppliers through to point of sale.

Responsibilities include raising purchase orders, tracking production and delivery timelines, coordinating finished goods collection, and organising shipments to the warehouse. The role also acts as a central point of contact between teams in Italy and the UK, driving clear communication across production, after-sales, and logistics/returns.

Key Responsibilities
Planning
  • Monitoring finished goods stock levels.
  • Entering purchase orders into the system.
  • Planning and releasing orders to suppliers.
Logistics
  • Managing orders, returns, and repairs.
  • Monitoring purchase order status, shipments, and inventory.
Production
  • Preparing product technical sheets and bills of materials.
  • Updating and maintaining product databases.
  • Calculating component and semi-finished product requirements for production.
  • Monitoring stock levels and planning replenishment orders.
Customer Support
  • Managing customer service requests.
  • Implementing guidelines and procedures for repairs.
  • Feasibility checks for repair interventions and special requests.
  • Preparing repair quotations.
  • Managing and processing special orders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Direct interaction with the Impex office for the supply chain of components and semi-finished goods.
  • Active involvement with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to prevent and resolve operational issues.
About You

The ideal candidate holds a technical/scientific educational background, has strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and demonstrates a natural inclination for learning.
