Overview

Our projects are mainly in the fashion, advertising, and film industries, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with studios bookings and scheduling of productions
  • Coordinate with suppliers (equipment, catering, services)
  • Draft and manage documents, emails, and internal communications
  • Support with pantry and office supplies management
  • Update and maintain information in our management software and contacts database
