We are looking for a curious and hands-on IT Specialist to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in Milan.

You will support the IT Manager in managing and maintaining TLG’s networks, hardware, software, and security systems across our HQ and global retail network. You’ll be involved in daily IT operations, collaborating closely with our external Help Desk provider to ensure smooth and timely support for all users.

What you’ll do
  • Provide IT support to HQ and store users (hardware, software, network, devices).
  • Collaborate with the external Help Desk provider to coordinate and monitor first-level support activities.
  • Support setup and maintenance of networks, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, and user devices across office and retail locations.
  • Manage IT assets, user accounts, and access rights (onboarding/offboarding).
  • Contribute to IT projects such as new store openings, system upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Monitor system performance and support continuous improvements.
  • Keep IT documentation and inventory up to date.
What we’re looking for
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles, ideally in multi‑site or retail environments.
  • Solid understanding of networks, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on approach.
  • Service‑oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and good communication skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
