Junior HR Business PartnerFedrigoni Group

We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support our Fabriano Business. If you’re passionate about building strong relationships, enabling performance, and driving positive change, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Support day‑to‑day HR topics for colleagues in our Fabriano locations: Production Sites (Fabriano, Pioraco, Castelraimondo) and Fabriano HQ, contributing to the correct deployment of key HR processes and initiatives.
  • Act as a genuine employee champion, effective change agent and sparring partner for local managers to facilitate our transformational journey.
  • Manage day‑to‑day local Trade Union topics.
  • Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, employee experience during all life cycles and engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Support all HR operations and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
  • Support rewards process implementation – e.g., salary review, MBO, budget – in partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Support Talent Development activities, training and project implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR Generalists on payroll and administrative topics (e.g., correct cost‑center attribution, job titles).
  • Keep all HR systems updated with accurate data input.
  • Monitor key HR KPIs (absenteeism, turnover, overtime) and support design and implementation of improvement actions.

  • Human Resources enthusiast.

  • Strong organizational skills and motivation to work in a complex organization undergoing continuous transformation.
  • Analytical skills and KPI‑orientated.
  • Excellent relational skills; can work in cross‑functional teams.
  • Fluent in English.
