Location : Italy - (Milan, Rome)

General Responsibilities

As part of the Global Mobility team, you will contribute to advising both companies and expatriate individuals on international mobility and cross-border taxation. Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing tax returns for expatriate individuals and managing related tax compliance activities (e.g., tax credit recovery, IMU calculations).
  • Providing tax assistance on the taxation of financial and insurance products, with a focus on foreign assets.
  • Offering tax and social security advice for companies regarding expatriate staff.
  • Supporting interactions with tax authorities, including formal and/or automated checks.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients across international environments on a daily basis.
  • Participating in diverse, evolving projects with opportunities for professional growth and autonomy.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Master’s Degree in Economics or Law.
  • Strong knowledge of Tax Law.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Teamwork orientation and problem-solving attitude.
Additional requirements for Senior level
  • Solid professional experience in Global Mobility and expatriate taxation, ideally gained within consulting firms or corporate tax teams.
  • Proven ability to handle client advisory, compliance, and coordination of complex expatriate cases.
